Replacement of shock absorption sleeve of traction seat:

1. Pry off the stop pad, screw out the M12 bolt, pull out the seat shaft, take out the support, and push out the damaged damping sleeve;
2. Clean up the support hole, install the damping sleeve, and install the support, support shaft, stop pad and M12 bolt according to the disassembly path.
3. Tighten the M12 bolt with 80nm torque, pry the stop pad close to the bolt head to prevent loosening;
4. Inject proper amount of grease into the nozzle

Adjusting method of lock bolt position after wear of lock hook of traction seat (traction pin must be installed):

1. Loosen the nut
2. Turn the screw counter clockwise to a proper position to eliminate the wear clearance of the lock hook;
3. After adjustment, try to see if the control lever is pulled out tightly. If so, screw the screw clockwise for 1 ~ 1.5 turns and tighten the nut 1.

Lubrication of saddle (fifth wheel):

1. When the saddle is used for the first time, the lubricating grease shall be added to the parts to be lubricated, and a small amount of grease shall be applied to the saddle surface or wear-resistant plate;
2. The vehicle is often taken off and hung, and the lock hook, cross bolt and wear ring shall be maintained as necessary. Remove the oil sludge on the lock hook, cross bolt, wear ring and traction pin (the oil sludge contains a lot of sand, which will aggravate the wear of parts), and add new grease;
3. Regularly clean the saddle panel or wear plate and trailer sliding plate, and apply proper amount of grease on the surface after cleaning. For short-distance transportation, frequent pick-up and pick-up and hanging exchange and bad operating environment, it is recommended to inject clean oil once every 500km, and for long-distance transportation, it is recommended to inject clean oil once every 1000 ~ 1500km;
4. Add grease to the oil nozzle regularly, and check whether the oil pipe is smooth before oil injection. Under the condition of smooth flow, inject oil into the oil nozzle until the oil is discharged from the oil outlet. If it is not unblocked, it is necessary to dredge the blockage of oil pipe, otherwise the oil pipe is easy to burst or loosen during oil injection.
