How to prevent tire burst?

Since the tire burst will have such serious consequences, how can we prevent the occurrence of tire burst? Here we list some methods to avoid the occurrence of tire burst, I believe it can help your LNG tank semitrailer to spend the summer safely.

(1) First of all, I want to remind you that tire burst does not only happen in summer. If the tire pressure is too low or too high and the tread is worn excessively, the tire may burst even in the rumbling winter. Therefore, to avoid tire burst should start from daily maintenance.

(2) Regular inspection of tires can eliminate the hidden danger of tire burst. In particular, check whether the tire pressure is within the standard range, neither too high nor too low.

(3) The stones or foreign matters in the tread groove should be removed frequently to avoid the deformation of the tire crown. Check whether the sidewall of the tire is scratched or punctured, and whether the cord is exposed. If so, replace it in time.

(4) For vehicles that often drive on expressways, it is necessary to change the position of tires regularly. For the time, method and relevant knowledge of changing the position of tires, please refer to the column of MBPAP tires in the May 2005 issue of our magazine.

(5) When the vehicle is driving on the expressway, the driver should hold the steering wheel firmly with both hands, try to avoid driving through foreign matters (such as stones, bricks and wood blocks), and avoid driving through the sudden deep pit at high speed.

(6) All tires should be used within their service life (the service life of car tires should be 2-3 years or about 60000 km). If the service life exceeds or has been seriously worn, the tires should be replaced in time.

(7) In the hot summer, if you need to park the vehicle for a long time, it is best to park the vehicle in a cool place to avoid the tire exposure in the hot sun.

(8) I don’t know if you have noticed that many professional tire stores or professional automobile repair service stores have nitrogen filling service items for tires. If your tire is filled with nitrogen, it can not only prolong the service life of the tire, but also keep the tire pressure stable for a long time, reduce the probability of tire burst, and increase the safety of the vehicle.
