Lubrication of Landing gear
During the assembly of the supporting device, enough general lithium grease has been added to the lubricating part. In order to prevent the failure of the grease after long-term use, maintain the good lubrication of the supporting device and prolong its service life, it is necessary to supplement the grease to each part regularly.
1.The inner leg with oil storage tank, screw rod and nut are self-lubricating and maintenance free.
2.The thrust ball bearing shall be filled with enough grease twice a year or during maintenance.
3.The bevel gears of the left and right outer legs should be filled with enough grease twice a year or during maintenance.
4.Add enough grease to the gears in the gearbox twice a year or during maintenance or abnormal shaking.

Fault cause and elimination of landing gear
It’s very difficult to shake the handle (when it’s newly installed)?
Reason: 1.The middle connecting shaft pulls or pushes the left and right outrigger output shafts too tightly, and there is no string momentum, which hinders the gear rotation.
2.The coaxiality deviation of left and right outrigger output shafts is too large
3.The ground tilt of semi-trailer is too large
Exclusion method:
1.Increase the axial string momentum of the middle connecting shaft
2.Re installation and adjustment
3.Park on level ground

Shake handle shake feeling heavy (after use) how to do?
Reason: 1.Bending deformation of gear shaft
2.Impact deformation and local interference of inner and outer legs
3.Gear damage
4.The screw rod and nut are deformed and damaged due to overstroking
5.The screw and nut are deformed and damaged due to instantaneous impact during loading or hanging
Exclusion method:
1.Replace the gear shaft
2.Replace the deformed leg
3.Replace the gear
4.And 5. Replace the inner leg

No load swing handle inner leg extension and retraction normal, heavy load can not lift how to do?
Reason： The pin on the double gear shaft is broken or the keyway on the gear shaft is damaged
Exclusion method: Replace the damaged parts

What if only one leg of the crank can be lifted?
Reason：1.The right leg with gearbox can lift the left leg without lifting: check whether the bolt of intermediate shaft or the small bevel gear, semicircular key and cylindrical pin of left leg are damaged
2.The left leg can be lifted, the right leg can not be lifted: check the right leg bevel gear, semicircular key and cylindrical pin for damage

What if it is difficult or impossible to shift?
Reason: The steel ball and spring in the double gear shaft assembly fall off, or the locating sleeve is stuck after being damaged
Exclusion method:Re install the steel ball and spring or replace the damaged locating sleeve
