Installation of the Leaf spring assembly and Axle assembly
Put the Plate (note: the direction of recess as the arrow shown) on the spring seat which is welded on the axle, then install the Leaf spring assembly.

Cover the grease with inside of spring housing uniformly, then install the spring cushion into spring housing; and cover the grease with inside of spring cushion for 3-5mm thickness, then set it on the leaf spring assembly, install the leaf spring on the axle assembly after aligning each hole.

Align the U-bolt (M24-10.9) with the recess of spring housing and each hole, and then insert it. If the U-bolt is out of shape, please install it after regulating (the screw thread & surface of U-bolt must be protected well by soft bolster when you regulate it. If there is scratch on the surface, maybe it will be occurred crack).

Tighten the Nut (M24-10) to the U-bolt (M24-10.9) crisscross on the spring seat of Axle by several times, and then tighten the Nut (M24-10) crisscross by several times to Rated Torque Value.
Nut tightening Torque: M24-10.9 M=700N.m
Tighten the hub cap which is near the Trunnion Block with special spanner or sleeve to Rated Torque Value.

Tighten Torque <=12 ton M=700N.m
>=14 ton M=800N.m

Measure the wheel base between two Axles with self-ordained special measure tools, the tolerance between two Axles of one set of Suspension is no more than 6mm, if it’s over the rated tolerance, it must be re-adjusted and then assemble it again. (if the friction between the spring cushion of the spring tension casing and leaf spring is too large, Using a clamping vise, press the spring ends together and measure them. Height of the leaf spring plus top wall thickness of spring cushion must correspond to internal height of spring housing. Should add the thin rubber mat in the spring tension casting to balance the friction.)
