Installation and Use of supporting device (Landing gear)

Installation of Landing leg on Semi Trailer
Before installation, check whether the outrigger is consistent with the technical performance and use requirements
Requirements: 1. The left and right legs are perpendicular to the upper plane of the frame.
2.The output shafts of left and right outriggers shall be on the same axis.
3.The outrigger must be installed with horizontal tie rod, diagonal tie rod and longitudinal diagonal tie rod to ensure the support strength of outrigger
4.The upper end of the mounting bracket must be equipped with a limit block which is welded firmly.
5.Adjust the lifting height of the left and right legs < 5mm
6.Tighten the bolts according to the torque of 182 ~ 245nm
Try to rotate the handle, the high and low gear should be flexible, the two legs should be synchronized, the speed shift should be normal, otherwise it should be readjusted.
Caution: after installation and commissioning, the handle must be placed in the hook.

Use of supporting devices (legs)
Warning: it is strictly forbidden to overload and operate against rules.
Caution: 1. Semi trailer must be parked on flat cement road or solid flat ground. It is not allowed to use outriggers to support semi-trailer on slope or soft soil road! Otherwise, the outrigger is easy to bend!
2.Please choose the outrigger matching the trailer height! It is not allowed to exceed the lifting height. The red area of the inner leg of the outrigger is exposed. Please stop lifting. The outrigger should be retracted and pushed out of the red warning area! Under special circumstances (when the lifting height is not enough), rectangular sleepers can be used to pad the lower end of the outrigger with appropriate height,
3.When uncoupling or coupling, the tractor head shall not drive the trailer to slide, so as to avoid the damage caused by the leg dragging on the ground.
4.When uncoupling, lift the semi-trailer to a proper height to make it firmly supported. First, use high speed to transfer the supporting load to the outrigger.

Caution: The outrigger must be fully retracted before the tractor starts. Ensure that the ground clearance of outrigger is more than 300 mm
After the operation, confirm that the gear is in the meshing gear, put the crank on the crank hook, and do not allow any shelving! It is not allowed to take off the rocker handle, otherwise the outrigger will slide down due to vibration during driving, which will cause the outrigger to collide with the ground and be damaged.
When the outrigger has obvious shaking difficulty in the process of lifting, do not continue to operate, and check whether the inner leg is exposed to the red warning area. Once the inner leg shows the red zone line, you must stop lifting immediately! Otherwise, the outrigger will exceed the travel limit and get stuck!

How to operate the landing gear?
1.To ground the base, first use the high-speed gear, and then use the low-speed gear to operate to a certain height.
2.When lifting the base, first use the low gear, and then use the high gear when the base is off the ground.
3.When shifting operation, hold the handle tightly with both hands to push in or pull out. When the handle is gently shaken and pulled out at the same time, the low gear is engaged; when the handle is pushed in, the high gear is engaged. Please make sure that the high gear or low gear is engaged before shaking the handle.
Caution: When the outrigger is loaded, it can only use the slow gear operation, and it is difficult to shake the fast gear. In serious cases, the internal gear, cylindrical pin and input gear shaft will be broken!
During lifting operation, hold the handle tightly and rotate at a constant speed;
It is forbidden to shake the rocker handle in the intermediate gear;
The gear can’t shift when it is loaded or unsafe.
